It can be confusing with all the information that is available now, to know how to focus, we are constantly bombarded by information and not all of it is supportive.

You may also find, as you are now creating a very good habit of letting go, that new ideas and inspiration start to flow in as you are relaxing more, therefore tuning more into solution mode and less into problem mode.
You are meant to feel good, and you know this to your very core, so you naturally feel resistance when you don’t feel good, because that is not your natural set point. Have fun with it, don’t make it hard, if you can just laugh a little and say ‘oh there I go again, no thank you,’ and reframe your focus.
